Overview
Titan Machinery operates one of the largest networks of full service agricultural and construction equipment stores in North America. We operate over 100 stores across North America and Europe. We are a very dynamic and progressive organization always searching for great people to become a part of the team.
This position is responsible for the opening and closing of repair orders; ensuring all hours for the service technicians and their parts are billed correctly and promptly to the proper account; and that the complete job story has been written. Able to support the Store with vendor communications on items relating to the Service Department, including the tracking and submission of warranty claims for specified products as required.
Responsibilities
Accurately and efficiently open and close of work orders
Maintain proficiency with all business systems
Maintain complete knowledge and understanding of the policies and procedures of the vendors
Assist with tracking product improvement campaigns
Assist the Service Technicians with the use of various support systems used by Titan and Vendors
Maintain the various tracking logs used by the Service department to manage their business
Maintain special tool inventory at the Store
Responsible for accurately and efficiently filing product warranty claims including follow-up to maximize warranty reimbursement
Other duties as assigned
Qualifications
Required:
2 years experience in a related field
Able to provide quality work
Projects a positive image of self and store
Ability to think logically
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, along with a high level of computer literacy
Excellent organizational and multi-tasking skills
Demonstrated ability to prioritize work and meet deadlines efficiently and cost effectively
Keen attention to detail and a high level of initiative and ability to work independently
Demonstrated strong decision making and problem solving skills
Safety-minded work habits
Ability to travel up to 20% of the time
Ability to perform in a fast-paced, stressful work environment
Ability to handle and resolve frequent interpersonal conflict
Ability to respond quickly, accurately, and professionally to demands and requests from customers and employees
