Responsibilities:
Be able to duplicate hoses using the tools, parts and resources in the shop per customer order Pull customer orders and getting them ready in a timely, accurate & organized fashion Follow company processes, SOPs and instructions Accurately receive inventory into inventory system Assist with maintaining a well-organized and clean warehouse & work area Use a 3-way matching system for receiving goods (packing slip, physical item, purchase order) Ensure items are stocked in the correct physical location Assist purchasing & sales team with vendor or customer returns as needed Safely utilize standard warehouse tools & equipment (box cutters, stairs, forklift, pallet jack, etc) Willingness to learn and adapt as the business grows Develop increased product knowledge and application with on-the-job training Ability to display a positive and helpful attitude and ask questions if necessary Job requirements:
Can identify hydraulic fittings & adapters Experience making hydraulic assemblies Good computer / email (Outlook) / internet skills & basic office skills (Microsoft) Must be a team player and can get along with others Good attendance - show up when you are scheduled to work, dependable Good at multi-tasking Strong attention to detail and willingness to go the extra mile to get the task done correctly and efficiently The ability to lift 50 lbs The ability to take a task from start to finish Strongly preferred, but not required - ability to operate a forklift safely (or willingness to learn) The ability to configure shelves / pallets / racking in a way to maximize storage capacity and ease of order pulling.
Work environment:
Job requires frequent lifting of up to 50 lbs.
Bending, reaching over shoulders, pushing carts, pulling, walking/standing and climbing ladders as needed.
Work duties will take place in both a small warehouse environment, and office area.
Overtime may be occasionally required on an as-needed basis
